Shaping culture through wise and victorious Christian living
In order to maintain the mission and culture of Logos School, while meeting the rapidly growing demand for a Logos education, the board has set its sights on building a new secondary campus on our property on Mountain View Road, and consolidating our three elementary campuses onto one campus at Logos West.
The secondary campus is modeled after Thomas Jefferson’s design for the University of Virginia: smaller academic buildings arranged around a lawn of grass and trees as an academic village. Using classical architecture, which has a language of order, balance, and authority, the new campus will exemplify truth, beauty, and goodness for our students and visitors.
This classical design concept for an academic village also allows us to build in phases as funding is received. This is the beginning of Phase 1 of our capital campaign which will provide two academic buildings, including 13 classrooms, an administrative office, staff room, and an unfinished gym (multipurpose room), all built around the new Logos Quad.
